Approval of Minutes Presenter: Moller	· There was a motion and a second to approve the minutes March 4th. Approved.
Bond Update Presenter: Altman	· If you log onto MyClackamas, you can see a link to Bond Information. · The upcoming dates for the bond forums are April 5^th from 3-7pm at the Wilsonville campus; April 7^th from 3-7pm at the Harmony campus; April 14^th 3-7 right outside of CC-127.
ISP: Grading Standard Presenter: Briare	· Final reading. · All the changes that have been requested, have been addressed in this draft.
Budget Update Presenters: Wilton/Edwards/Lundy	· Since the budget message has been widely spread throughout the College staff and students, there wasn’t a presentation and Courtney went straight to asking if there were any questions. · Could we have Shelly at our next College Council meeting to discuss our marketing budget? How much do we have and how much do we spend.
ASG	· Winter was a really good term. · Good turnout for the e-cycle event.
Classified	· There is an early retirement incentive MOA is being reviewed and voted on next week.
Full-time Faculty	· Faculty had an early retirement incentive MOA proposed to the association, it was passed unanimously.
Exempt	· The Exempt breakfast was pleased to host the breakfast on St. Patricks Day.
